Product Overview
In the northern Ontario wilderness, a fugitive chemist finds what seems like the perfect refuge: a remote apiary, a lonely cabin, and thousands of bees gathering honey among the pines.
But the bargain that gives him this new life is not what it seems. The bee farm has secrets of its own, and the arrival of a smooth young stranger turns a dream of peace into a web of fraud, fear, and danger.
As dry weather ruins the honey crop and suspicion closes in from every side, one man must decide whether to keep running from the law—or risk everything to uncover the truth hidden in the honeyed wilds.
